We're looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join an established automotive business in Camberley.
You'll be working Monday to Friday in a customer-focused Aftersales environment, managing customers throughout the service and repair process while maximising every opportunity to deliver a great customer experience.
THE ROLE
- Manage customers throughout the service and repair journey.
- Book vehicles into the workshop and manage customer requirements.
- Provide clear updates on vehicle progress, additional work and completion times.
- Liaise closely with Technicians and the Workshop team.
- Prepare accurate estimates and invoices where required.
- Identify and maximise appropriate additional sales opportunities, including service plans.
- Maintain excellent levels of customer satisfaction throughout the process.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You’ll need
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good understanding of Service and Aftersales operations.
- Confident working in a busy, target-driven environment.
- Professional and organised approach.
- It would be great if you also have
- Previous main dealership experience.
- Experience working with service plans and additional sales.
- Strong upselling and customer retention skills.
- Experience using automotive dealer management systems.
