The Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead the aftersales department at a busy and well-established dealership in Brighton. You will be responsible for managing the service and parts teams, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, profitability, and workshop efficiency.
- Lead and manage the service, parts, and workshop teams
- Drive departmental KPIs, including revenue, productivity, and CSI
- Ensure high standards of customer service across all aftersales operations
- Monitor workshop efficiency, job allocation, and technician performance
- Develop and mentor team members for performance and career progression
- Manage budgeting, stock control, and departmental compliance
- Liaise with manufacturer representatives and ensure compliance with brand standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or Senior Aftersales role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Commercially minded with a focus on profitability and efficiency
- Knowledge of dealer systems and processes
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
Bonus structure based on departmental performance
