A skilled Vehicle Technician is required to join a busy and successful dealership in Tring. This role offers excellent earning potential, ongoing manufacturer training, and the opportunity to work with modern vehicles in a well-equipped workshop.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs
- Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults
- Completing vehicle health checks and inspections
- Performing warranty and recall work in line with manufacturer standards
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and accurately
- Maintaining detailed job records and workshop documentation
- Working collaboratively with the Service and Parts departments
- Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
About You:
- Qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 3 or equivalent)
- Previous experience within a dealership or independent workshop
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- MOT licence advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Full UK driving licence
