Vehicle Technician – Tring Salary: £34,000 Basic | OTE: £60,000+ Location: Tring Hours: Full Time The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a busy and successful dealership in Tring. This role offers excellent earning potential, ongoing manufacturer training and the opportunity to work with modern vehicles in a well-equipped workshop. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance and repair work to the highest standards while contributing to workshop productivity and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults Completing vehicle health checks and inspections Performing warranty and recall work in line with manufacturer standards Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and accurately Maintaining detailed job records and workshop documentation Working collaboratively with the Service and Parts departments Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times About You Qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 3 or equivalent) Previous experience within a dealership or independent workshop Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills MOT licence advantageous but not essential Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Full UK driving licence Package £34,000 Basic Salary OTE of £60,000+ Manufacturer training and accreditation Modern workshop facilities and equipment Company pension scheme Employee benefits package Excellent career progression opportunities
