Vehicle Technician (Mechanic)

You’ll use your proven previous experience as a vehicle technician/mechanic to service, diagnose, maintain, and repair customers’ vehicles to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair issues with customer vehicles.
- Plan and schedule repair procedures.
- Explain to customers the work recommends/completed.
- Test functionality of vehicle parts and systems.
- Perform vehicle service & maintenance tasks (e.g oil changes, tyre rotation).
- Explain automotive repairs and issues and provide great customer service.
- Repair and replace brake pads, wheel bearings, sensors and other parts.
You will need
- At least 2 years experience within a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic role.
- A minimum of Level 3 NVQ or City & Guilds Certification.
- Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Working knowledge and understanding of diagnostic tools.
