We're looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join an established automotive dealership in Bath. If you're a Technician looking for a stable dealership environment, strong earning potential and the opportunity to develop your skills, this could be a great next step.
THE ROLE
You'll be carrying out servicing, maintenance, repairs and diagnostics across a range of vehicles, working as part of an experienced Workshop team. You'll be responsible for:
- Carrying out servicing, repairs and maintenance to manufacturer standards.
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults.
- Using manufacturer and diagnostic equipment where required.
- Completing work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Carrying out vehicle inspections and identifying additional work.
- Following manufacturer procedures and health and safety standards.
- Maintaining accurate job cards and workshop records.
- Working closely with Service Advisors and the wider Aftersales team.
- Keeping your work area clean, organised and professional.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and has a solid foundation of automotive technical experience. You'll need:
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician.
- Good mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Confident servicing, repairing and maintaining vehicles.
- Good diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A positive and reliable approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
Franchised dealership experience would be advantageous, but we're happy to consider strong Technicians from other automotive backgrounds.
WHAT'S ON OFFER
- £32,500–£40,000 Basic Salary.
- £60,000 OTE.
