This is a key leadership role responsible for driving performance across the Service and Parts departments, improving customer satisfaction, and maximising aftersales profitability.
You will lead a team of Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts staff, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the aftersales operation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, motivate, and develop the aftersales team.
- Oversee the daily operation of Service and Parts departments.
- Drive workshop efficiency, utilisation, and labour sales.
- Maximise aftersales revenue and departmental profitability.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction (CSI) scores.
- Manage departmental KPIs and implement performance improvement plans.
- Handle escalated customer complaints professionally.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership processes.
- Control costs and manage departmental budgets effectively.
- Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives.
- Previous experience as an Aftersales Manager, Service Manager, or Senior Service Leader.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Full UK driving licence.
- Main dealer or franchise dealership experience.
