We are currently seeking a qualified MOT Tester to join a busy and well-established automotive workshop in Worthing. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician with a valid MOT licence to join a professional team and work within a modern workshop environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out MOT tests in accordance with DVSA standards while maintaining the highest levels of quality, safety, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct MOT tests in line with current DVSA regulations and standards.
  • Accurately complete all MOT documentation and inspection records.
  • Identify and report vehicle defects and necessary repair work.
  • Ensure all testing equipment is maintained and calibrated correctly.
  • Work closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an MOT Tester within a dealership, independent garage, or fast-fit environment.
  • Strong knowledge of DVSA testing procedures and regulations.
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Full UK driving licence.
