USED CAR RETAIL MANAGER

THE OPPORTUNITY
Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting for an experienced Used Car Retail Manager to join a dealership in Wimbledon, South West London.
This role offers the opportunity to support the Sales Manager with the day-to-day running of the used car department, coaching the team and driving sales and profitability while maintaining high standards of customer care.
The package includes a £39,729 basic salary, £57,770 OTE and a company car. The OTE is performance-dependent and not guaranteed. Working hours, weekend rota and bonus structure are still to be confirmed.

THE ROLE
- Support the Sales Manager with the day-to-day leadership of the sales department.
- Lead, motivate and coach the team to achieve sales targets and maximise profitability.
- Develop prospecting activity, test drives, and physical and video vehicle presentations.
- Monitor team performance and support the achievement of departmental objectives.
- Maintain a compliant sales process and high standards of customer care.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience managing a sales team.
- A strong track record of delivering sales targets and maximising profitability.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills.
- The ability to manage team performance and drive commercial results.
- A full, valid manual driving licence held for at least six months.
- The ability to commute to the Wimbledon dealership within one hour.
