We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead a successful automotive sales team in Wokingham. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive vehicle sales, finance penetration, and profitability across the department.
  • Monitor and manage individual and team performance against agreed targets.
  • Recruit, coach, and support sales executives to achieve their full potential.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention levels.
  • Manage stock levels and vehicle displays to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Oversee sales processes and ensure compliance with company and FCA guidelines.
  • Produce accurate sales forecasts and departmental reports.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Sales Manager within the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales results and driving profitability.
