MASTER TECHNICIAN

THE OPPORTUNITY
We're recruiting for an experienced Master Technician to join an established automotive dealership in Aberdeen.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong individual who enjoys diagnostics, fault finding and working on modern vehicles, with a strong hourly rate and additional bonus opportunity.
THE PACKAGE INCLUDES
- £20-£25 per hour, depending on experience
- Up to £6,000+ bonus
- 45 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- No Saturdays
- Ongoing training and development
THE ROLE
- Carry out servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs
- Diagnose and repair complex faults
- Complete advanced diagnostics and fault finding
- Work efficiently and accurately to manufacturer standards
- Use modern diagnostic equipment and technical information
- Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship
- Provide technical support to the wider workshop team where required
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Master Technician preferred
- Experienced Diagnostic Technicians will also be considered
- Previous franchised dealership experience
- Master Technician qualification from any manufacturer
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical ability
- Confident fault finding and problem solving
- Good knowledge of modern vehicle systems
- Full UK driving licence
A specific manufacturer background is not essential.
