THE OPPORTUNITY
Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting for a PDI Service Technician to join a prestigious automotive dealership in Loughton.
THE ROLE
- Carry out pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) on vehicles.
- Inspect vehicles to identify faults and ensure they meet the required standards.
- Complete any necessary preparation work and repairs before vehicles are handed over.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Maintain accurate records and follow workshop procedures.
- Ensure vehicles are safe and ready for customer delivery.
THE PACKAGE
- £30,000-£36,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
- £8,000 OTE on top of basic salary, with uncapped earning potential.
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
- One in four Saturdays, 8:00am-1:00pm, paid at time and a half.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair — essential.
- Full, valid driving licence — essential.
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or PDI Technician.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship.
- A reliable and proactive approach.
- The ability to work effectively within a busy workshop environment.
