A well-established motorcycle dealership group on the South Coast is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and customer-focused After Sales Advisor to join their team in Fareham, Solent. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced motorcycle environment, supporting customers throughout the aftersales journey while helping drive workshop efficiency, service bookings, and parts/accessory sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service standards, coordinating workshop activity, and ensuring customers receive a professional and seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the workshop diary is efficiently managed and loaded
- Handle warranty claims and coordinate warranty work effectively
- Maintain accurate customer communication and data capture
- Maximise opportunities to upsell service work, parts, and accessories
- Deliver high levels of aftersales customer satisfaction
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the service department
Requirements
- Previous aftersales/service advisor experience preferred but not essential
- Motorcycle licence advantageous but not required
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Flexible and professional approach to work
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
Working Hours
Summer Hours (April – September): Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 18:00 Saturdays (1 in 4, paid overtime): 08:30 – 18:00
Winter Hours (October – March): Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:00 Saturdays (1 in 4, paid overtime): 08:30 – 16:30
