A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED SERVICE ADVISOR
Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join an established automotive dealership in Hedge End, Hampshire.
THE PACKAGE:
- £28,320 basic salary.
- £36,000 OTE.
- Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm.
- Just 6 Saturday mornings per year, 8:30am–1:00pm.
THE ROLE:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers booking vehicles in for servicing and repairs.
- Manage workshop bookings and ensure a smooth customer journey from initial booking through to vehicle collection.
- Liaise with technicians to monitor vehicle progress and ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Keep customers informed of repair progress, additional work and estimated costs.
- Explain estimates, invoices and recommended maintenance clearly to customers.
- Advise customers on relevant maintenance requirements and service-plan options.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Service Receptionist within the motor trade.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
- Confident liaising with customers and workshop technicians.
- A professional, customer-focused approach.
- Experience using dealership systems and working within a busy aftersales department would be advantageous.
