We’re recruiting for a Service Advisor in Epsom, offering a strong basic salary of £30,000 - £34,000, with realistic earning potential of up to £42,000 OTE.

The Role
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience from booking through to vehicle collection.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Booking vehicles into the workshop
- Taking ownership of customer enquiries and requirements
- Preparing accurate job cards and estimates
- Liaising closely with Technicians and the Workshop
- Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
- Upselling additional work where appropriate
- Managing customer expectations and resolving issues professionally
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ensuring vehicles are ready for collection on time
- Working towards departmental targets and KPIs
What are we looking for?
We're keen to speak with experienced automotive Service Advisors who are confident dealing with customers and comfortable working in a busy dealership environment.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A professional and positive approach
- Good understanding of workshop processes
- A genuine passion for the automotive industry
