The Role
- As Service Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Service Department, leading and developing a high-performing team of Service Advisors, Technicians, and Workshop Controllers.
- You'll ensure operational excellence, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and consistently achieve departmental targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the Service Department team.
- Drive workshop productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure manufacturer standards and compliance are maintained.
- Manage departmental budgets, KPIs, and performance reporting.
- Handle escalated customer queries professionally and effectively.
- Work closely with other departments to maximise business opportunities.
