£36,000-£40,000 BASIC SALARY | £45,000 OTE | MONDAY-FRIDAY 8:30AM-5:00PM | 1 IN 3 SATURDAYS
THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for a highly experienced Vehicle Technician to join an established automotive dealership.
This is a great opportunity for a Technician with strong technical knowledge and excellent diagnostic skills who is confident handling more complex repairs and takes pride in delivering work to a high standard.

THE ROLE
You’ll be responsible for servicing, repairs and diagnostics to manufacturer standards, with a particular focus on maintaining high-quality technical work across the Workshop.
- Carrying out servicing, repairs and maintenance to a high standard.
- Diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical and electrical faults.
- Using diagnostic equipment to identify and rectify faults.
- Carrying out technical inspections and identifying additional work required.
- Supporting less experienced Technicians where required.
- Working efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with manufacturer procedures.
- Maintaining accurate job cards and workshop records.
- Working closely with Service Advisors and the wider Aftersales team.
- Helping maintain a clean, organised and professional Workshop environment.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone with strong technical ability and a good depth of automotive experience.
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within the automotive industry.
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding ability.
- Confidence working on more complex technical jobs.
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and support the wider Workshop team.
- Good communication skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
Franchised dealership experience would be advantageous, particularly for someone with strong manufacturer knowledge and diagnostic experience.
WHAT'S ON OFFER
- £36,000-£40,000 Basic Salary.
- £45,000 OTE.
- Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.
- 1 in 3 Saturdays.
