PDI SERVICE TECHNICIAN

LOUGHTON | £30,000–£36,000 BASIC | £8,000 OTE ON TOP | UNCAPPED EARNING POTENTIAL

THE OPPORTUNITY

Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting for a PDI Service Technician to join a prestigious automotive dealership in Loughton.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Level 3 qualified technician looking for a competitive basic salary, additional earning potential and a consistent working pattern within an established workshop.

THE ROLE

Carry out pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) on vehicles.
Inspect vehicles to identify faults and ensure they meet the required standards.
Complete any necessary preparation work and repairs before vehicles are handed over.
Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Maintain accurate records and follow workshop procedures.
Ensure vehicles are safe and ready for customer delivery.

THE PACKAGE

£30,000–£36,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
£8,000 OTE on top of basic salary, with uncapped earning potential.
Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.
One in four Saturdays, 8:00am–1:00pm, paid at time and a half.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair — essential.
Full, valid driving licence — essential.
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or PDI Technician.
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship.
A reliable and proactive approach.
The ability to work effectively within a busy workshop environment.
