Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 Basic | £34,000 – £38,000 OTE

Hours: Monday–Friday + Saturday rota

The Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and well-established dealership in Exeter. You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional aftersales experience while supporting the workshop in maintaining efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking in vehicles for service, MOT, and repair work
  • Providing accurate estimates and gaining customer approval
  • Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress and costs
  • Upselling additional work, services, and products
  • Liaising with the workshop and technicians
  • Managing invoices and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately
  • Delivering high levels of customer service and satisfaction (CSI)

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good sales and upselling ability
  • Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with systems like Kerridge / Pinnacle (desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence
