Foster Wales Regional Marketing Officer – Mid & West Wales

We are looking for someone to join our regional team on a full time and permanent basis (37 hours) as our Regional marketing officer.

You would be working on specific projects using your experience in marketing, knowledge of campaign planning and delivery and experience across traditional and digital media, you\’ll use great communication and engagement skills to work with stakeholders to develop strategies that enhance the recruitment of foster carers as part of the national brand, Foster Wales.

You will be creative, motivated and organised, someone passionate about making a real difference to the lives of children and championing best practice.

Having a flexible approach and working pattern, whether that is sometimes at home, in one of the fostering team offices or out about meeting people face to face within the region and an understanding or experience of working within the fostering environment or the willingness to learn and adapt at pace is essential.
