Restored to its former glory, the venue features two elegant banqueting suites, an award-winning tea room and meticulously landscaped grounds spread over 11 acres with breathtaking views of the Thames Valley. This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue through lead generation, client acquisition and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing sales strategies
  • Negotiating contracts
  • Meeting revenue targets
  • Administration of current event bookings
  • Conducting site visits with clients

Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless event planning and execution process for clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Sales, Account Management and Lead Generation
  • Strong Negotiation and Contract Management skills
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and maintaining client relationships
  • Event Planning knowledge and ability to work collaboratively with operations teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
