We’re looking for a senior designer who leads with ideas — particularly in B2B contexts. Someone who thinks clearly, creates boldly and executes with precision. You bring confidence to your work. You have a point of view. You can take an idea from first thought to final output and make it land. You’re as strong conceptually as you are visually. And you care about the detail.

About Teneo Studio

Teneo Studio is the in‑house creative team, turning complex B2B challenges into clear, compelling ideas across brand, content, campaigns and engagement. The studio is growing into a high‑performing, creatively ambitious powerhouse, known for sharp thinking, strong ideas and work that stands out. Brands are brought to life with clarity, consistency and creative rigour. Every piece of work is considered, purposeful and built to stand up at the most senior levels, delivering impact across digital, print and campaign touchpoints.

The Role

This is a role for a senior designer who is confident in their thinking and clear in their judgement. You will develop ideas and shape brand‑led work across identity, campaigns, digital and editorial. That includes reports and long‑form content where structure, layout and typography matter. You will take ownership from concept through to delivery. You will challenge, refine and push the work to a higher standard. You will also support and direct more junior designers, helping to raise the quality of everything we produce. This is hands‑on. You will think, make and lead.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong, concept‑driven B2B ideas that translate into distinctive brand and campaign work
  • Design brand identities, visual systems and campaign outputs
  • Apply clear editorial thinking to layout, reports and long‑form content
  • Bring brand guidelines to life with confidence and consistency
  • Work across digital, print and campaign touchpoints
  • Take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery
  • Present ideas clearly and confidently to colleagues and clients
  • Direct and support junior designers
  • Maintain high standards across typography, layout and craft

Requirements

  • Strong experience at a senior level in a design studio, agency or in‑house team
  • A portfolio that shows original thinking, strong typography and distinctive brand work
  • Proven ability to develop ideas, not just execute them
  • Strong editorial and layout skills, including reports and long‑form content
  • Confident presenting, with the ability to structure and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Strategic thinker who understands how creative work supports broader business objectives
  • Able to articulate the value and impact of design decisions beyond aesthetics
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Strong working knowledge of Figma
  • After Effects a bonus
  • Deep understanding of typography, layout and visual systems
  • Experience working with brand guidelines across multiple touchpoints
  • Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
  • Curious about how AI can support the creative process
