We are looking for a London based Graphic Designer who has a passion for design and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic, global team. In this role the designer will work with the global internal marketing and design teams on unifying the branding of all collateral for each of the firm’s five businesses: Strategy and Communications, Management Consulting, People Advisory, Financial Advisory and Risk Advisory.

Core working hours for this role will be 9am-5:30pm with flexibility (Some weekend work as needed to support the business). Types of project deliverables include PowerPoint presentations for new business meetings and client presentations, business segment thought leadership documents, digital assets, office signage, banners, and collateral materials for special events.

With guidance and mentorship from the Senior Art Director, the designer will develop a strong design aesthetic and expertise in producing creative that carries through the firm’s visual identity and elevates the visibility of the work and Global Design Desk within the organization and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Will work closely with the Senior Art Director at the Global Design Desk as well as the Marketing Team to produce high-quality creative from start to finish on all internal client engagements.
  • Will assist in conceptualizing design concepts based on a clear understanding of project briefs.
  • Will lay out and typeset a variety of collateral materials from reports to one-pagers and business documents based on established templates.
  • Will execute digital assets including website graphics, e-vites, adverts, etc.
  • Can multi-task, prioritize projects and demonstrate initiative.
  • Can Quality Check (QC) own work for accuracy before presenting to management.
  • Can work within tight deadlines/fast turnarounds, be nimble and pivot as the needs of projects change.
  • Understand the design process and how it fits into larger project timelines, especially for multi-component brand outputs.
  • Be a team player and support the Senior Art Director and larger team; and can continue workflow in their absence.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience working in agencies or in-house marketing as a designer.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and MS Word).
  • Knowledge of Figma a Plus.
  • Ability to design and animate visual elements in PowerPoint a plus.
  • Experience in branding for B2B and B2C clients.
  • Experience designing collateral for print (reports, signage, etc.) is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable about language needed for use across Digital and social channels.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Motivated, have initiative, and possess critical thinking skills.
