This is a full-time hybrid role for a Contracts Manager. The Contracts Manager will oversee and coordinate projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Contract management
  • Project scheduling
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers
  • Supervising teams
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Addressing any project challenges effectively

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in contract negotiation, management, and administration

  • Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations in construction or related fields
