This role is suited to an Analyst with 2–3 years' experience in loan operations, fund administration, settlements, or a related middle‐office environment. The role provides exposure across the full lifecycle of private debt investments, helping to support deal execution, ongoing asset servicing, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. While the primary focus will be on core operational responsibilities, the Analyst will also have the opportunity to support new product and structured financing workstreams (e.g., CLOs, leverage facilities, structured notes). Prior experience in these areas is helpful but not required—we are looking for someone with the capability and willingness to learn.

The role will involve working closely with Legal, Compliance, Origination, Credit, Portfolio Management, Product and Fund Finance teams.

Responsibilities
  • Deal Execution & Documentation Support
    • Assist in reviewing loan, bond and trade‐finance documentation from an operational perspective (settlement terms, interest mechanics, repayment schedules, fees, etc.)
    • Prepare and maintain deal static data (industry, geography, ratings) to support accurate trade capture.
    • Help coordinate closing and settlement processes, including reviewing funds flow statements, liaising with administrators, and ensuring data accuracy across systems.
    • Support the booking of new investments and assist in reconciling trades with fund administrators.
    • Assist with secondary trade documentation (transfer certificates, LMAs, confirms) and internal sign‐off requirements.
  • Asset Servicing & Oversight
    • Monitor lifecycle events—interest resets, scheduled repayments, prepayments and ad‐hoc fees—ensuring accuracy across internal and external systems.
    • Track waiver and amendment requests, liaising with internal teams as required.
    • Support administrators with any reconciliation issues; escalate discrepancies promptly.
    • Assist in maintaining internal trackers for agent bank interactions, corporate actions and service provider performance.
    • Contribute to regular service provider meetings and help prepare materials for Investor Relations when required.
  • Operational Process Management
    • Help maintain efficient operational workflows across investment operations.
    • Support the team in identifying data issues, process inconsistencies or control gaps, and contribute to remediation.
    • Assist in routine review cycles with Fund Finance—capital calls, subscription line utilisation, FX hedges and funding requirements.
  • New Products & Structured Financing (Development Area)
    • Provide support to senior team members on operational aspects of leverage facilities, structured notes or mid‐market CLOs.
    • Assist with onboarding workflows, internal checklists, and coordination with administrators and trustees.
    • Help maintain simple Excel models and contribute to data checks and reconciliations.
    • Participate in internal meetings and calls with external service providers to gain exposure to structured transactions.
    • Over time, develop a working understanding of core concepts such as eligibility criteria, borrowing bases, waterfall mechanics and trigger events.
  • Technical & Data Responsibilities
    • Maintain accurate data and operational records across systems.
    • Use Excel proficiently to prepare reconciliations, checks, summaries and reference data.
    • Support the team in developing small-scale tools or enhancements (e.g., Power BI dashboards, reconciliation tools).
