We’re supporting a leading global alternative investment firm as they hire a Business Development Assistant to join their London team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the centre of client activity, supporting senior stakeholders, and helping drive growth across private markets and institutional relationships.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the UK Business Development team with presentations, client materials & meetings

- Managing CRM and consultant databases (DealCloud, eVestment, Mercer, etc.)
- Acting as a key point of contact across internal teams and external stakeholders
Ideal background:
- 5+ years’ experience supporting sales / business development teams
- Financial services background (private markets a strong plus)
- Strong PowerPoint & organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive and confident working with senior stakeholders
