We are partnering with a leading global alternative investment manager to hire a Corporate Secretary / Company Secretarial Associate to support their Private Debt investment entities across multiple European jurisdictions. This is a great opportunity for someone with company secretarial / entity management experience in funds or asset management, looking to join a high-performing, international platform.

Responsibilities

  • Support corporate secretarial matters for Private Debt investment entities across Luxembourg, UK, France, Germany, and Ireland
  • Organize board and investor meetings, including:
  • Liaising with external depositary and administrators
  • Preparing agendas, board packs, and tracking action points
  • Managing timelines and ensuring materials are issued on time
  • Attending meetings and drafting minutes
  • Coordinate execution/signing of documents relating to day-to-day entity operations (liaising with directors and stakeholders)
  • Support onboarding of new investors, including AML/KYC checks and subscription documentation
  • Assist with ongoing AML/KYC checks for private debt entities
  • Liaise with internal/external providers (notaries, lawyers, authorities) across jurisdictions
  • Maintain entity records and keep master data systems up to date
  • Requirements

    • Law degree (or equivalent)
    • 2+ years’ relevant experience (Fund / Asset Management / Trust / Corporate Services preferred)
    • Excellent written and spoken English (French or German is a plus)
    • Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to work under pressure
    • Confident working with and supporting senior stakeholders
    • Strong organizational and relationship management skills
