We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who’s curious, commercially minded, and eager to help us grow in line with our exciting and ambitious 2030 strategy.
You’ll play a key role in shaping our future growth by developing relationships, opening new doors, and collaborating with Partners and our Marketing team to bring fresh opportunities to life. From identifying potential clients and opportunities in our priority sectors to championing cross-firm collaboration, you’ll help us showcase the full breadth of what we do best.
This is a role built for someone who’s visible in the market and confident representing PEM at events, networking sessions, and industry forums. If you know the accountancy landscape, understand what drives clients to switch or stay, and want to be part of a team that’s ambitious, collaborative, and moving with purpose, we’d love to hear from you.
