You will assist in delivering strategic personal tax advice and support Partners and Directors with business development aligned with the 2030 strategy. Candidates must possess a CTA qualification; other recognized qualifications such as STEP, ACA, or ACCA will also be considered, provided there is proven post-qualification experience in personal tax advisory. Strong technical expertise, project management, team development skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build client relationships are essential. Commercial awareness and a commitment to continuous learning are also important.

This role involves managing a portfolio of Grade B and C clients, providing expert tax advice, and reviewing team compliance work.
