Key Responsibilities
- You’ll be a key part of our Purchasing team, your role will support the team with ordering, tracking, and managing our supply chain needs.
- Raising and managing purchase orders.
- Communicating with suppliers to track orders and ensure on-time delivery.
- Keeping records and systems up to date.
- Monitoring stock levels and helping plan future orders.
- Supporting other departments with purchasing needs.
- Assisting with supplier reviews and data reporting.
Skills and Requirements
- Previous experience in an admin or purchasing role is helpful.
- Training and support will be provided.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- The ability to work well both independently and within a team.
- An interest in developing a career in procurement or supply chain.
