We are looking for a motivated and detail-loving Purchasing Administrator to join our friendly and fast-paced team. If you’re organised, eager to learn, and looking to grow your career in purchasing or supply chain, this could be a great fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- You’ll be a key part of our Purchasing team, your role will support the team with ordering, tracking, and managing our supply chain needs
- Raising and managing purchase orders
- Communicating with suppliers to track orders and ensure on-time delivery
- Keeping records and systems up to date
- Monitoring stock levels and helping plan future orders
- Supporting other departments with purchasing needs
- Assisting with supplier reviews and data reporting
Skills and Requirements:
- Previous experience in an admin or purchasing role is helpful, but not essential
- Training and support will be provided
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work well both independently and within a team
- An interest in developing a career in procurement or supply chain
