Summary We are looking for an experienced HR Projects, HRIS experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools would be advantageous. A recognised project management, change management or process improvement qualification such as PRINCE2, Agile, Prosci, Lean or Six Sigma would be beneficial but is not essential. CIPD or an equivalent HR qualification would also be advantageous. Experience within manufacturing, industrial, private-equity or transformation environments would be beneficial. You'll be highly organised, analytical and delivery focused, with the confidence to challenge inefficient legacy processes and bring stakeholders together around a better way of working. Most importantly, you'll have a genuine continuous improvement mindset – always looking for opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate while improving the experience for employees, managers and HR.
