Are you an experienced Continuous Improvement leader who enjoys turning strategy into practical, measurable results?

Pelsis Group, a global manufacturer and supplier of pest control, garden care and environmental solutions, is looking for a Head of Continuous Improvement to drive operational improvement across our global Operations & Supply Chain network.

Reporting to the VP, Operations & Supply Chain, you’ll shape and deliver our Group-wide Continuous Improvement roadmap, create common ways of working and help our sites improve productivity, cost, quality and service.

This is a hands‑on opportunity with significant scope to influence how our global network operates. You’ll work directly with teams across manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and supply chain, identifying opportunities, leading improvement projects and ensuring changes become part of everyday operations.

The role operates as an individual contributor, delivering through collaboration, coaching and influence. You’ll work closely with the Operations Director – UK & Europe, Technical Operations Director and site leaders, balancing consistent Group standards with the flexibility needed to meet local operational and customer requirements.

How You’ll Make an Impact

As our Head of Continuous Improvement, you’ll:

  • Shape our improvement priorities: Develop and deliver a Group-wide Continuous Improvement roadmap aligned with Operations & Supply Chain priorities and business objectives.
  • Lead practical change: Personally deliver priority improvement projects, from diagnosing performance gaps and identifying root causes through to implementation and tracking results.
  • Create common ways of working: Establish consistent operational practices, practical tools and a structured approach to developing, owning and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Strengthen performance management: Develop common KPI definitions, reporting standards and review routines, helping teams use reliable data to identify trends and take action.
  • Improve network agility: Identify opportunities to share capacity, capability and best practice across sites, reducing unnecessary complexity and improving responsiveness to changing demand.
  • Build lasting capability: Coach leaders and frontline teams in Lean, structured problem-solving and Continuous Improvement techniques, ensuring improvements are embedded and sustained.
  • Deliver across functions: Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Technical Operations, Procurement, Quality, Finance and IT to deliver shared priorities, including opportunities for simplification and automation.
  • Demonstrate business value: Define and track the operational and financial benefits of improvement activity, providing clear progress reporting to senior leadership.

What You’ll Bring

You’ll bring significant experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain or Operational Excellence, together with a strong track record of personally delivering measurable improvements.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Practical experience applying Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent structured improvement methodologies.
  • Experience establishing standard processes and common ways of working across multiple operations or sites.
  • A strong understanding of operational KPIs, performance management and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to move from strategic thinking into hands‑on implementation.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to translate operational improvements into measurable financial and business benefits.
  • The credibility to challenge and influence senior leaders, alongside the willingness to work directly with site teams and frontline operations.
  • Strong coaching, facilitation and stakeholder‑management skills, with experience delivering change in a matrix organisation without direct authority.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the international Pelsis network.

A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt or equivalent qualification would be advantageous. We would also welcome experience of international manufacturing or supply chain networks, Operational Excellence systems, post‑acquisition integration, and relevant operational systems and technologies.

Why Join Pelsis?

This is an opportunity to shape Continuous Improvement across a global organisation and see the direct impact of your work. You’ll have broad exposure to our operations, close collaboration with senior leaders and the scope to build practical approaches that help teams perform at their best.

If you enjoy solving operational challenges, bringing people together and delivering improvements that last, we’d love to hear from you.
