Peloton seeks an organised, analytical, and creative-thinking Sales Operations and Training Program Manager to support our AU team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, Consumer, the Program Manager will be required to deeply understand the businesses they support and execute initiatives that enable growth and overcome any barriers to operational excellence, in addition to executing the day-to-day management of sales operations.
They will partner cross-functionally with the entire Global Sales Solutions team and with teams across Sales, Supply Chain, Member Support, Finance, Enterprise Tech, and more and will regularly communicate program updates and implications to these global stakeholders. They will also be required to build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors and ensure they uphold Peloton’s contractual obligations and standards of excellence.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Execute the day-to-day management of Peloton sales operations in Australia, including but not limited to partner onboarding, activation support & management, external vendor management (agencies) & compliance, asset deployment, and budget management.
- Identify and recommend retail activation opportunities.
- Project manage and lead physical retail activations.
- Manage and direct the sales components of marketing and retail activations, ensuring they align with overall business objectives.
- Identify and implement strategies to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement Sales Policies and Procedures (SOPs, documentation) when required.
- Ongoing review of business reports and participation in regular business reviews with international sales leadership to build a deep understanding of the business and identify opportunities to improve sales operational excellence.
- Act as a point person for operational questions, issues, and ideation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to lead new sales programs or process rollouts and execute sales operations requirements.
- Assess program risks & provide options for mitigation.
- Utilise project management tools to remain organized and communicate program updates to stakeholders regularly.
- Deliver best-in-class sales training for our 3P partner(s) sales teams.
- Support training and sales capabilities of 3P at store level.
- Partner with our Operations team and 3rd party auditing partners to ensure our inventory in the field is in excellent working condition and complies with our brand standards.
- Partner with our Supply Chain leadership to develop operational standards for managing purchase orders, shipping, and logistics.
- Ensure that customers' orders are placed on time, reflected in the systems (internal and external), and delivered according to business requirements.
- Analyse operational data from a Sales Operations lens to identify trends, track performance, and generate reports, on a monthly and quarterly basis to inform decision-making.
- Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, both internally and externally, ultimately building strong relationships and fostering collaboration.
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- Demonstrable relevant operational work experience in a B2C and/or B2B sales environment, preferably supporting global teams.
- Bachelor's degree and relevant sales experience preferred.
- Self-motivated and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work well with stakeholders and small, agile teams.
- Experience developing & managing budgets.
- Highly organized and thorough work ethic.
- Understanding of Peloton’s company vision and brand image with the ability to communicate it effectively and with enthusiasm.
- Excellent written and editing skills.
- Software proficiency in relevant sales software including but not limited to: CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, customer success platforms, Looker, and project management tools.
