As we pursue that mission in Australia, we’re looking for a passionate and talented Senior Marketing Manager to join our Australia marketing team, helping to deliver world-class marketing activity.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, Australia, you will be responsible for helping to bring to life the exciting Australian marketing plan with a focus on supporting integrated marketing, events and activations, and retail partnerships.

This role is on a contract basis for a 12 month period, and the successful candidate must be available to work from Sydney head office (city location) at least 3 days per week.

The successful candidate must also be open to flexible hours and will be required to work some evenings and weekends as required.

  • YOUR DAILY IMPACT
  • Partner with global stakeholders to localise brand and product marketing campaigns for the Australian market, as well as develop specific local campaigns where necessary.
  • Support the execution of local Australian integrated marketing efforts, including working with the creative team to localise brand and product marketing campaigns (including briefing, feedback, production and optimisation).
  • Support on key Australian brand events and activations including official partnership of mass participation events including event planning, coordination and execution.
  • Marketing support of Peloton Retail channels, including defining strategy, developing marketing plans and executing campaigns, events and activations through retail channels.

Support relationship management of retail partners and work with them to optimise performance of channels.

  • Support on influencer marketing strategy and execution working with a local agency.
  • Manage Australian social media channels including generating and publishing copy and content, moderation of local community Facebook page and group.
  • Work with the local partnership team to support commercial and brand partnership marketing activity.
  • Support Marketing Director on ad-hoc marketing tasks as required.
  • YOU BRING TO PELOTON
  • 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing (with experience in events and/or retail marketing a plus)
  • Robust project management skills, including the ability to multitask effectively
  • Self-starter who is able to think quickly and work well with their team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as attention to detail; strong writing skills ideal
  • Ability to work proactively and to tight deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
