As we expand in Europe, we are seeking a results-driven Senior Manager to lead our 3P Retail Marketing strategy across the UK, Germany, and Austria. Reporting to the Senior Director of International Marketing, this role will own the development and execution of marketing strategies that accelerate sales and subscriptions through key retail partners. You will work at the intersection of country marketing, sales leads, and global marketing functions to create high-impact, insight-driven retail campaigns. This leader will also shape the processes, playbooks, and internal capabilities required to establish a best-in-class 3P retail marketing function within Peloton’s International business. Travel of up to 25% is expected, primarily within Germany and Austria.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Define and champion the vision for Peloton’s 3P Retail Marketing in Europe, ensuring alignment with the global and country-level marketing strategies, as well as commercial objectives.
- Partner with Country Marketing Directors and Sales Leads to develop joint annual marketing plans with key retail partners, rooted in consumer insights, local market dynamics, and reseller strategies.
- Lead the planning and execution of co-marketing campaigns across all relevant channels (in-store, digital, social, CRM, paid media, experiential) to drive acquisition and engagement.
- Collaborate with Global Growth and Media teams to set promotional calendars, optimize media investment, and deliver measurable sales and subscription growth.
- Negotiate marketing investments and deliverables with resellers, ensuring strong ROI and adherence to Peloton brand standards across partner touchpoints.
- Establish clear KPIs and reporting frameworks; analyze performance to continuously optimize channel mix, spend effectiveness, and partner activation.
- Manage and allocate operational marketing budgets for each reseller account, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Build internal capabilities, processes, and toolkits that enable scalable 3P retail marketing execution across Europe.
- Act as an advocate for the reseller consumer, representing local insights in global planning forums and partner negotiations.
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- Significant experience in consumer marketing, with direct expertise in retail, reseller, shopper, or partner marketing; international experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and executing joint marketing plans with 3P retailers or channel partners that delivered measurable commercial impact.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels, balancing big-picture vision with hands-on delivery.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, assessing ROI, and optimizing channel performance.
- Skilled at cross-functional leadership in a matrixed, global environment; able to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience navigating multiple European markets and understanding local consumer, cultural, and competitive nuances.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and German language is required, as is knowledge of the local cultures and market dynamics in the UK, Germany, and Austria.
