As a member of the Retail and Cafe Team at Peloton Studios London, you are the face of our brand. Operating 365 days a year, our studio is a high-energy hub where boutique fitness meets world-class content production. We are looking for upbeat, results-driven self-starters who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to fostering a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for our global community.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

Act as a brand ambassador, providing a premium "first impression." You’ll greet members enthusiastically, manage feedback across all channels, and serve as an expert on class types, instructors, and the studio experience

Drive revenue by maintaining impeccable visual standards, managing product displays, and utilizing deep product knowledge to meet member needs

Oversee end-to-end inventory for both Retail and Food & Beverage, including stock receipt, CMS management, and identifying opportunities to elevate our current offerings

Partner with the Group Bookings and Events team to execute onsite member meetups and special experiences, ensuring every event runs seamlessly

Work professionally alongside a diverse team to maintain a pristine environment and a high-functioning workspace
YOU BRING TO PELOTON

Prior experience in a premium customer-facing or sales environment with a genuine desire to exceed goals

Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of members and guests

A hardworking, "entrepreneurial" spirit and the flexibility to work a schedule that includes late evenings and weekends

Proficiency with Apple products and MS Office; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/CMS platforms is a plus
