ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and proactive Manager, International TMR to join our global People team. In this critical role, you will report to the Sr. Director, TMR and serve as the primary lead for TMR matters across our expanding international footprint in EMEA and APAC (jurisdictions such as the UK, Poland, Germany Taiwan, Japan, and China).
You will be instrumental in upholding Peloton’s core values by ensuring fair and respectful treatment of all team members while driving a proactive employee relations framework. This role focuses on risk mitigation through data-driven insights, early conflict resolution, and expert consultation. You will act as a neutral fact-finder, managing the investigation and resolution of grievances in a way that balances legal compliance with an exceptional employee experience.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Lead end-to-end workplace investigations into allegations of harassment, discrimination, and policy violations across international jurisdictions. Ensure all matters are handled with the objectivity and urgency required by the TMR Investigation SOP
- Synthesize and analyze international case data and regional trends to identify systemic issues. Facilitate proactive risk mitigation by providing leaders with insights that improve organizational health and reduce litigation exposure
- Serve as the subject matter expert for labor relations. Lead engagement and consultation processes with Works Councils (e.g., in Poland and Germany) and Trade Unions as necessary to ensure compliance with local collective labor mandates
- Provide expert guidance and coaching to people leaders on the Standardized PIP process. Ensure performance actions are legally defensible and meet "fair process" standards in non-at-will jurisdictions
- Foster strong, collaborative partnerships with People Business Partners (PBPs), Global Employment Law (GEL), and business leaders. Act as a trusted advisor to ensure a consistent TMR framework across a complex, global organization
- Meticulously document all cases in the case management system. Author concise, fact-based investigation reports and provide briefings to leadership with practical, high-judgment recommendations
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 5+ years of progressive HR/ER experience, with a heavy emphasis on international workplace investigations and employment law
- Deep knowledge of UK and European employment law and practices. Proven experience navigating Works Councils and complex international labor regulations is required. APAC experience a plus
- Demonstrated experience acting as a neutral party in sensitive and confidential topics. Impeccable instincts for balancing objectivity with empathy
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume international caseload across multiple time zones while meeting strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Clear, concise writing style and the ability to influence and collaborate across all management levels and functional areas
