YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

- Proactively engage passing traffic and educate customers on the value of Peloton.
- Own the local sales funnel through awareness of the total store-wide sales leads to maximize team conversion rates through proactive phone and email outreach.
- Maintain an impeccable showroom environment that reflects our brand’s premium, fitness-forward aesthetic, including assisting with inventory management, visual merchandising, and event setup.

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

- You are genuinely energized by meeting new people and thrive on the "buzz" of a busy showroom. You have a natural ability to build instant rapport and turn a brief encounter into a lasting connection.
- Highly organised, preferably with some experience in CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) to track lead preferences and follow up on trials. Proficiency with Apple products and Microsoft Office or Google Suite applications.
