This is a part time role with contracted weekly hours to fall between 14 to 30 hours; actual amount will depend on your availability. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON- You engage with the varied traffic we see in our retail stores. From lightly curious introductions to the repeat visitors who haven’t yet committed - you will know how to start a conversation with anyone who so much as looks at us.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by executing high-touch, face-to-face consultations and product demonstrations.
- Drive individual sales results by treating every showroom visitor as a VIP.
- Maximise sales through personalised service, deep product storytelling, and maintaining a premium showroom environment that reflects our brand’s fitness-forward aesthetic.
- Proactively manage your "book of business" using Salesforce to track lead preferences, follow up on trials, and convert prospects into sales.
- Execute strategic phone and email outreach to both new leads and existing members to communicate product launches, community events, and post-purchase follow-ups.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Peloton’s evolving software, boutique apparel, and diverse fitness content.
- Work seamlessly with your team of fellow sales specialists to ensure every visitor receives a world-class experience, while maintaining impeccable visual and physical store standards.
- Significant experience in a face-to-face retail or hospitality environment. Experience in fitness, wellness, technology or premium lifestyle brands is a major plus.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and sales goals.
- An enthusiastic, engaging, and polished demeanor—you know how to "own the room" and inspire others.
