We work in the part of marketing most companies talk about but very few people experience properly: live customer acquisition. Real conversations. Real reactions. Real results. We represent brands including EE/BT, E.ON Next, Scottish Gas and Verisure through:

  • Events campaigns
  • Field marketing
  • B2B customer engagement

And we’re currently looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our Edinburgh team.

What makes this role different? You won’t be brought in to “shadow” people for six months. You’ll be part of live campaigns from the beginning — learning how customer psychology, communication, and brand representation actually work in real environments. One day could involve:

  • Representing a client at a private event
  • Supporting a field campaign in targeted areas
  • Engaging directly with business owners through B2B activity
  • Learning how campaign performance is measured and improved

This is marketing with immediate feedback and visible results.

Who this suits: This role tends to suit people who:

  • Get bored doing the same thing every day
  • Prefer people and communication over sitting behind spreadsheets
  • Want progression based on performance, not seniority
  • Are naturally competitive, outgoing, or ambitious
  • Want to develop confidence, leadership, and commercial awareness early in their career

Experience isn’t essential.

Progression: We’re growing quickly, which means we actively develop people internally. Successful candidates can progress into our Management Trainee Programme, where you’ll learn:

  • Team leadership
  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • Campaign management
  • Client relations
  • Business development

The goal isn’t just to fill a role. It’s to develop people who can eventually lead teams and campaigns themselves as a partner.

What You’ll Gain:

  • Practical experience across events, field, and B2B marketing
  • Ongoing mentorship and development
  • A fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Clear progression opportunities
  • Immediate start opportunities available
