Working with established brands including E.ON Next, EE, Scottish Gas and Verisure, we specialise in marketing and customer acquisition through events, field campaigns, and B2B activity.

The Programme

This is a structured, performance‑led programme designed to take you from entry-level to management. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in:

  • Sales & Marketing Execution – delivering live campaigns and representing major brands
  • Team Development – learning how to coach, motivate, and manage performance
  • Business Operations – understanding how campaigns scale and deliver results
  • Recruitment & Leadership – building and developing your own team
