The Programme
This is a structured, performance‑led programme designed to take you from entry-level to management. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in:
- Sales & Marketing Execution – delivering live campaigns and representing major brands
- Team Development – learning how to coach, motivate, and manage performance
- Business Operations – understanding how campaigns scale and deliver results
- Recruitment & Leadership – building and developing your own team
