Peloton is expanding rapidly across the UK and internationally. As a result, we are opening a limited number of positions within our Graduate Programme for individuals looking to build a career in sales, marketing, and leadership. We partner with established brands including E.ON Next, EE, Scottish Gas and Verisure, delivering face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns that generate measurable growth.
This is a hands‑on, performance‑led environment where you will gain real commercial experience from the outset — not observation, but involvement.
You will develop:
- Sales & Marketing and communication skills in live campaigns
- Brand representation experience with national clients
- An understanding of how high‑performing teams are built and managed
- The foundations required to progress into leadership roles
- Ability to manage high performance teams
- Understanding management and what it takes to be a high performing Manager
