We believe business development starts with understanding people, communication, and how growth is created in real environments which is why we train individuals from the ground up through live campaigns and direct client representation. As we continue to expand across Edinburgh and the wider UK, we are looking for ambitious individuals to join our team within an Entry-Level Business Development Manager opportunity.

What the role involves:

  • Representing major brands directly to customers and businesses
  • Supporting customer acquisition and market growth
  • Building communication and negotiation skills in real environments
  • Learning how campaigns are developed, managed, and scaled
  • Working alongside experienced leaders within a performance-focused team

We currently represent clients including: EE, E.ON Next, Scottish Gas, Verisure.

What makes this different from a typical entry-level role?

This position is designed around development. Rather than spending months observing from the sidelines, you will gain practical experience from the beginning while developing the foundations required for leadership and business development. Successful candidates will progress through our Management Trainee Programme, learning:
