We are currently expanding our Edinburgh team and looking for a Brand Representative to join us.

What the role actually looks like

This isn't standing behind a desk repeating a script all day. It's learning how to:

  • Communicate with different types of people confidently
  • Represent brands professionally in live environments
  • Understand customer behaviour and decision-making
  • Build relationships quickly
  • Deliver strong first impressions for nationally recognised clients

You'll work across:

  • Events and pop-up campaigns
  • Residential campaigns
  • Business-to-business environments

Representing brands including:

  • EEE.ON Next
  • Scottish Gas
  • Verisure

What makes this role different

Most people develop communication skills over years. This role compresses that process. You'll be placed in fast-moving environments where confidence, adaptability, and people skills grow quickly through experience — not theory. For the right person, this becomes more than a customer-facing role. It becomes a pathway into leadership and business development.

Progression

We don't separate 'entry-level staff' and 'management'. Our managers started in the same position. Successful Brand Representatives can progress into our Management Trainee Programme, where development focuses on:

  • Leadership
  • Team development
  • Recruitment & onboarding
  • Campaign management
  • Business growth strategy

Progression is entirely performance-based.

Who this role suits

People who:

  • Prefer dynamic environments over repetitive office routines
  • Enjoy communication and working with people
  • Want progression they can directly influence
  • Are ambitious, competitive, or naturally outgoing
  • Want practical business experience early in their career

No previous experience is required — full training is provided.
