Peloton Partners is expanding rapidly across the UK and internationally. As a result, we are opening a limited number of positions within our Graduate Programme for individuals looking to build a career in sales, marketing, and leadership.

We partner with established brands including E.ON Next, EE, Scottish Gas and Verisure, delivering face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns that generate measurable growth.

This is a hands-on, performance-led environment where you will gain real commercial experience from the outset — not observation, but involvement. You will develop:

  • Sales & Marketing and communication skills in live campaigns
  • Brand representation experience with national clients
  • An understanding of how high-performing teams are built and managed
  • The foundations required to progress into leadership roles
  • Ability to manage high performance teams
  • Understanding management and what it takes to be a high performing Manager

Progression is based on performance, with clear pathways into team leadership and high management.

We are looking for individuals who are:
