About the Job

Marketing Assistant – Entry Level (Training Provided)

Edinburgh City Centre (On-Site) | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Starting Salary: £25,000 + Performance Incentives

A practical entry point into marketing — built around real people, not screens. At Peloton Partners, marketing isn't hidden behind dashboards and laptops. We specialise in face-to-face brand marketing, creating direct, human connections between organisations and their audiences. While much of the industry has shifted online, our clients continue to invest in in-person campaigns that deliver measurable results through conversation, presence, and experience. Due to continued demand, we're expanding our Edinburgh-based team and hiring Entry-Level Marketing Assistants to support live campaigns across multiple sectors. No previous marketing experience is required. Full training is provided from day one.

What This Role Involves

This is a front-facing, campaign-based marketing role focused on live brand representation. You'll be actively involved in the delivery of in-person campaigns rather than supporting from the sidelines. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Representing well-known UK brands in professional, face-to-face environments
  • Engaging customers through confident, clear communication
  • Explaining products and services in an accessible, engaging way
  • Supporting the setup, delivery, and optimisation of live campaigns
  • Collecting customer insights and feedback to support performance improvement

This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where no two days are the same.

A Business in Growth Mode

Peloton Partners is currently scaling from 80 to 120 team members by the end of this quarter. This growth creates genuine opportunities for high-performing individuals to progress into campaign leadership, training, and management roles. For those who are career-driven and consistent, this role offers more than an entry point — it offers momentum.

Training & Development

You'll be supported through a structured development pathway that includes:

  • Full onboarding and campaign-specific training
  • Daily coaching in communication, confidence, and brand delivery
  • Ongoing feedback and performance development
  • Exposure to campaign management and leadership fundamentals
  • Progression is based on performance and readiness, not time served.

Who This Role Is Well Suited To

This opportunity attracts individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, including:

  • Graduates seeking hands-on marketing experience
  • Career starters looking for a people-focused role
  • Candidates from retail, hospitality, events, or customer-facing environments
  • Individuals from sport, performance, or team-based backgrounds
  • Confident communicators who enjoy working in fast-moving environments

Marketing experience is not essential. Attitude, reliability, and communication skills are key.

What You'll Gain

  • Guaranteed base salary plus performance incentives
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
  • Comprehensive training and daily coaching
  • A supportive, energetic team environment in Edinburgh
  • Clear progression routes into leadership and campaign management
  • Transferable skills in marketing, client representation, and communication

This role offers real-world marketing experience, not desk-based theory.
