  • Tracking KPIs, results, and customer engagement levels
  • Working closely with experienced Campaign Managers to develop leadership and decision-making skills
  • Contributing ideas to improve campaign strategy, messaging, and results
  • Taking increasing responsibility as you progress, with the goal of managing campaigns independently

  • Coachable candidates who respond well to feedback and development
  • Confident communicators who enjoy working with people
  • Resilient, proactive, and comfortable in a target-driven environment
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, sport, customer service, or sales is beneficial but not essential

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday position (no weekends)
  • Guaranteed base salary plus performance-based incentives
  • Comprehensive training programme and one-to-one mentorship
  • Clear progression into Campaign Manager and leadership roles
  • A high-energy, supportive team culture focused on personal development
