At Peloton Partners, we specialise in face-to-face marketing campaigns for nationally recognised brands such as BT & EE, British Gas, Oxfam, and Milk & More. We’re looking for driven individuals to join our Edinburgh team as Trainee Campaign Managers. This is a hands-on, entry-level management role designed for ambitious people who want to progress beyond execution and learn how successful campaigns are built, delivered, and scaled. You’ll receive structured training, daily coaching, and direct exposure to senior leadership, giving you a genuine pathway into campaign and people management.
No previous campaign management experience is required. What matters most is mindset, work ethic, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, performance-led environment. What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the day-to-day delivery of face-to-face marketing campaigns
- Learning how to plan, monitor, and optimise campaign performance
- Tracking KPIs, results, and customer engagement levels
- Working closely with experienced Campaign Managers to develop leadership and decision-making skills
- Contributing ideas to improve campaign strategy, messaging, and results
- Taking increasing responsibility as you progress, with the goal of managing campaigns independently
