Peloton is expanding across the UK and internationally, and we are currently seeking graduates to join our Marketing Graduate Programme, with a defined pathway into our Management Trainee Programme. We specialise in offline marketing and customer acquisition, delivering results through events, field campaigns, and B2B engagement for established brands including E.ON Next, EE, Scottish Gas and Verisure.
The Role
This is a hands-on position focused on brand representation and customer acquisition. You will be working directly with the public and business customers, gaining real-world marketing experience from day one. You will be involved in:
- Events marketing – representing brands at pop-ups, venues, and private sites
- Field campaigns – face-to-face customer engagement in targeted areas
- B2B campaigns – engaging with business owners and decision-makers
- Delivering professional, high-quality brand experiences
Development & Progression
This role feeds directly into our Management Trainee Programme, where you will learn how to:
- Manage and develop high-performing teams
- Oversee campaign performance and targets
- Support recruitment and onboarding
- Understand the structure and growth of a sales & marketing operation
Progression is performance-based, with clear milestones into leadership.
