YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Engage with the varied traffic we see in our retail stores, starting conversations with anyone who looks at us.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by executing high-touch, face‑to‑face consultations and product demonstrations.
  • Drive individual sales results by treating every showroom visitor as a VIP.
  • Maximise sales through personalised service, deep product storytelling, and maintaining a premium showroom environment reflecting our brand’s fitness-forward aesthetic.
  • Proactively manage your “book of business” using Salesforce to track lead preferences, follow up on trials, and convert prospects into sales.
  • Execute strategic phone and email outreach to new leads and existing members to communicate product launches, community events, and post-purchase follow‑ups.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Peloton’s evolving software, boutique apparel, and diverse fitness content.
  • Work seamlessly with your team of fellow sales specialists to ensure every visitor receives a world‑class experience, while maintaining impeccable visual and physical store standards.

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • Significant experience in a face‑to‑face retail or hospitality environment; experience in fitness, wellness, technology or premium lifestyle brands is a major plus.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and sales goals.
  • An enthusiastic, engaging, and polished demeanor—you know how to “own the room” and inspire others.
